Lack of privacy due to strict guest policies can be quite embarrassing. Moreover, the room amenities didn't match the expected standards.

The Superior Twin Room was pretty standard, nothing too fancy. The beds were separate, and it took a bit to figure out how to join them. Cleanliness was decent, but the staff was pretty rude when we asked for help. It felt like a hassle to get comfy after a long day. Not really what I expected.
